BC/YK Section 2020/2021 Synchro Competition Update

On October 20, Skate Canada announced the cancellation of the 2021 Skate Canada Synchronized Skating Championships.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the event restrictions put in place by the BC Provincial Health Officer, the BC/YK Section is announcing the cancellation of the following events:

• BC/YK Section Synchronized Skating and Adult Competition- December 12, 2020.
• Mountain Regional Synchronized Skating Championships-January 29-31, 2021.

As of now, West Cost Challenge-February 20, 2021, will remain on the competition schedule. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and adjust accordingly.

We will continue to work with Skate Canada  to offer meaningful performance and development opportunities for skaters and coaches throughout the season.
