CRITERIA: Must have competed at a Skate Canada Jr/Sr Canadians Competition – this includes all disciplines
CONSIDERATION:
- are you competing in the 2023/24 season
- when did you attend Skate Canada Jr/Sr Canadians
- must be enrolled in Post Secondary Education (proof)
- educational plans for the coming year
- how many credits per semester are you planning to complete
- community involvement
- interests
- volunteering within the skating community
Note: Skaters can apply for consecutive bursaries until they retire as Podium Pathway Athletes, plus one additional school year.
APPLICATION DEADLINE JULY 15th
- “GOLD ATHLETE BURSARY”
CRITERIA: Must have achieved at least 3 of the 4 Gold Test Assessments (Dance, Skills, Free Skate, Artistic)
CONSIDERATION:
- encourage recipients in each Region
- dates of Gold Test achievements
- must be enrolled in Post-Secondary Education (proof)
- educational plans
- community involvement
- interests
- volunteering within your Club and Region
- volunteering to be an Official in skating
- transcripts
